Thank you for your interest in our golden retriever puppies. At Pekay Goldens, we are very proud of our dogs, and we strive to produce Goldens that excel in the conformation ring (show ring) as well as other performance events such as obedience, field, agility and tracking. We believe in an all-purpose Retriever who can win in the show ring, obedience ring, and field, and yet MOST importantly be a family pet and companion who is a treasured and well loved member of your family.

All of the dogs we own who are part of our breeding program must be two years old and have their clearances for hips and elbows (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals) as well as their heart cleared, and have annual current eye clearances (CERF). We occasionally have older puppies or adults available for adoption (check our litter page for details).

It is of paramount importance to us to place the right dog in your home. Therefore, it is helpful to know what you are buying your puppy for. Do you want a show dog, a hunting dog, a family pet to play Frisbee with, or a best friend to take leisurely walks with and who will come home and be content to lie by the fireplace? Do you have children? So if you are looking to add a Pekay puppy to your home we do ask that the first step is to complete our online questionnaire, and read through our deposit agreement.
